The International Congo-Appeal, signed by international personalities - among them several Nobel Laureates and church leaders -, is addressed to UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan and the UN Security Council.

The appeal is intended to focus the awareness of the international community towards the often forgotten conflict region Congo/Kinshasa. It is brought forward by four organisations: International Fellowship of Reconciliation, Dialog International, pax christi (German Section), pax christi International and the International Peace Bureau.
